Subprocessors & International Transfers

Last updated: April 8, 2026

This page summarizes the categories of service providers ("subprocessors") that may process personal data in connection with LeadSwitchboard, and how we think about international data transfers under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Categories of Subprocessors

Depending on the features you use, personal data may be processed by service providers in the following categories:

Cloud hosting and infrastructure

Application hosting, queues, serverless compute, content delivery, frontend hosting, blob and file storage.

Database and caching

Managed database hosting and Redis-backed performance services for application data and operational metadata.

Authentication and identity

User authentication, sessions, identity, and access management.

Payments and billing

Payment processing, subscription billing, and transaction support.

Email, SMS, and telephony

Transactional email, SMS, browser-based calling, and call recording where enabled.

Voice automation

AI-assisted calling and voice workflow features where enabled.

Customer-configured integrations

Lead ingestion, CRM synchronization, and webhook or automation routing for integrations enabled by the customer.

The exact providers involved in your implementation depend on the features you have enabled, your configuration choices, and your deployment.

Requesting the Current List

We share the current named list of subprocessors with customers under our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), or on request for due diligence purposes.

To request the current list, use our DPA request path or email support@leadswitchboard.io.

International Transfers

LeadSwitchboard may use providers or infrastructure that process personal data outside the UK or EEA. Where applicable transfer rules apply, we intend to rely on appropriate safeguards and contractual mechanisms — such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses — made available for those transfers.

Data residency and transfer posture can depend on the service, environment, region selection, and customer-enabled features.

Changes to Subprocessors

We update our subprocessor list when we onboard, remove, or materially change a subprocessor that processes personal data for the Service. Customers with a signed DPA will receive notice of material changes in accordance with that agreement.
